So excited, I can spend the night here. Checking in was very easy and the staff were friendly. My type of room is bungalow balcony, room 4 has a nice view. Close to the children's swimming pool, they really like it. And there is a restaurant and the pizza is very delicious. The rooms are clean, smell good, the toilets too. There are facilities for praying prayer mats and Al-Quran, which is a really plus point, I really like it there. The view of the hills is beautiful from the pool. Breakfast also requires delivery to the room and the taste is delicious fried rice. Hopefully next holiday trip you can stay here again ♥️🙏

The place is peaceful and quiet. The room interior is classic European. I booked a mountain view bungalow yesterday and it was beautiful. Open the balcony door and you can see the mountain. Recommended for classic interior lovers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is also cool, with lots of trees, so swimming during the day doesn't get too hot. Overall it's good, the place is also aesthetic and there are many photo spots. My only complaint is from the Bunga Low Standard room type. 1. The soundproofing is a bit lacking, maybe because right above the room is the restaurant and cafe, so every time there is a shift of a table or chair it is very loud from below. 2. The slope of the bathroom floor is quite lacking, because the drainer is next to the toilet, so the water from the bath up or shower (out/splashing) is not absorbed perfectly aka pooling. 3. The TV has been buggy or corrupted more than once.

Stayed on a weekday. The room was okay, I especially liked the bathtub because of the beautiful view. It was just really noisy above the room, directly next to the cafe. You could hear the busy breakfast and lunch crowds during the day. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Happy tummy, happy family 😝 Overall, the service and location are great, especially for a staycation. The paid meals are quite complete but tend to be pricey (for guests with picky families). The downside is that upon check-in, there were still used towels left behind and they needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom blinds need more frequent checks because they're damp and difficult to close. The TV STB has a fairly complete channel list, but it doesn't yet have Netflix.

The room is spacious, clean, unique, nice view, children's pool available, adult pool is 170 cm deep / quite deep, there are still small leaves & floating insects, it should be cleaned, room no.11 the bathroom window cover is broken, it can't be closed please fix it immediately so that guests are more comfortable when bathing, to the point that I covered it with a hijab so it couldn't be seen from outside (in the photo). Next time I come here, I want to try the breakfast, the resort's position is next to the cafe & resort highlander & close to Upper Clift too

Beautiful, cool place, great view. Breakfast menu is okay, although the menu choices are limited. The room is not so good, noisy water machines and toilet flushes from neighboring rooms. The room's AC is very noisy, need to be improved for the lavender room. The bathroom does not have a hexos, it is stuffy. Suggestion for the hotel to add a night light because not everyone can sleep in complete darkness when the lights are off and it is too bright and disturbing when the lights are on.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Late checkout was allowed up to 30 minutes. However, at almost 2 million rupiah, it was way overpriced for what we got. I chose a bungalow room with the best view, and all that was available was a city light view. The view was nice, but not great for that price because I saw more of other people's roof tiles than the city lights. What made it even less worth it was the towels in the room were worn and torn, and the toilet was dirty. The carpet in the room was worn and had heat marks, and the tissue box was also chipped. The complimentary breakfast only included 1 cup, 2 tea bags, 2 instant coffees, 2 sugars, and 2 creamers. It seemed empty and stingy. For 2 million rupiah per night, you should have gotten more. Sorry, that's way overpriced, not what you paid for.

Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable, cool, and European-style... The view from the room's balcony is stunning, with a waterfall visible. Highly recommended for a vacation, relaxing, or honeymoon.
