Just Info, we are parents with 3 small children staying in Tower A Apartment Unit, it turns out that for apartment guests, only 3 people are allowed to use the Swimming Pool Facilities, if there are more than 3 people, each person is charged 150,000/person.

We stayed in this unit for one night, and the experience was just okay. What bothered me was the condition of the unit. Some floor sections and parts of the walls were open, and there was a wall with a lot of mold, which was really awful. The host was nice, though, and check-in was easy.

Great location and a great apartment, but it was ruined by the cleanliness. The floor in the bedroom was sticky, the shower had black mould and the drain was clogged, so my feet were never clean during my whole stay. Once the apartment has been deep cleaned it will be great, but if the owner keeps using the same cleaners I won't be back.

The room was dirty with a lot of stains, and it was noisy because of the trains passing every few hours. The door was hard to open, and the bathroom was an old-school type with dirty walls. For a price of around 1 million, I don't think it's worth it.

Usually stay at the hotel, but because the hotel rooms are out, want to try the apartment. The room is clean, complete facilities (kitchen, refrigerator, dispenser, AC, TV), but the stove is not used because I don't intend to cook hehehe. Suggestion for the owner: add a trash can and toilet tissue in the bathroom. Oh yeah, the TV in the living room can't be used (don't know why, I didn't ask the manager either), it's not a problem because I can still watch TV in the room. The security is friendly, thanks to Teh Tia who helped. My husband once said that if he goes to Bandung again, he'll just stay in an apartment again 😊.

The location is very strategic, if you want to go to Braga, just walk. Because this is in the city center, right? I really like staying here, when I arrive there is a parking lot because the apartment specifically has its own parking space. "Most thumbs up for the good security of the apartment," everyone, next stay here again

I stayed in apartment tower A. 19RA2. When you get off the elevator on the left it goes straight to the room. The apartment is ok. There are 2 rooms with queen bed & double bed. Both rooms have TVs. Only 1 bathroom. There is a dispenser & given towels, soap, shampoo.

Great location and a great apartment, but it was ruined by the cleanliness.
