From the beginning, when I left for Villa Lussy, in my description, we would find a different atmosphere from the house. The reality is inversely proportional. The room we ordered turned out to be inside the host's household complex which incidentally was located in the alley. Imagine not really comfortable! Even though I ordered 2 rooms. Finally, with various considerations, we asked to move. Our request was approved provided we had to pay another Rp. 150,000. I tried negotiating by asking for the price of a new room but it couldn't. If you want to have to pay again, if you don't, you have to keep up with your initial choice. Even though the price of these 2 rooms is Rp. 400,000 and Rp. 450,000. Total Rp. 850,000. Finally we moved too, one house on the side of the road with 2 rooms. We give an additional Rp. 150,000 without being given a receipt. The initial entry seemed comfortable, the room was clean, the show was wide enough but dear, once we wanted to take a shower, the hot water didn't come out. Finally we complained. The first complaint was responded to, the hot water still did not come out, finally we complained again up to 5 times. New hot water can be smooth and normal even though the water discharge is very small. Unfortunately for the food. We were only given 4 plates of fried rice with beef eye eggs. If you can, the breakfast service can be more equipped. Let there be a choice. With the price of an expensive villa, I don't think it's worth the amount we have to get. Sorry. Hopefully make improvements. thanks.
