everything is good, but please check the windows of each unit because my child almost pushed the window that didn't have a lock. if I was late entering the room, I don't know what would happen to my child😭I'm really weak

For just transit, the room is ok, clean enough and the AC is cold, Netflix is safe. It's just that the soap in the toilet is empty, the towels are not according to the number of bookings. And a note for the security of tower c on behalf of jaman/jamal, please train them so that they can work properly and well! Mobile legends to chat and call us many times are not responded to, from the beginning they were unfriendly and ANGRY. And took away the items that were initially said to be on deposit and could be taken when checking out, in fact when checking out the items and the person were gone without any reasonable reason. Don't let me make a fuss just because of this unclear problem, I will ask for compensation for the missing items!

I stayed 2 nights, but was transferred from a room on the 2nd floor, to the 6th floor, to the 17th floor. I was told to guarantee my ID card / driver's license, but when I checked out my SIM was lost, I don't know if I gave it wrong to hotel guests from Purwokerto, until now I haven't had my SIM I accept again.
