i have to wait more than 30 minutes almost 1 hour standing in the front office waiting for room readiness, not only me, some guest experiencing the same, arriving at 19.00 and the room not ready is not common, especialy you have to wait and standing there almost 1 hour, after arriving the room there are also no towel and bathroom mat, the worst Marriot group hotel that i ever visit

Everything was fine until 8:30 PM on December 5th, when the FO trainee made a courtesy call. The senior staff (who were there at the time) should have instructed them not to do courtesy calls after 6 PM. It was a bit frustrating, because I was tired but couldn't sleep. I was already sleepy, but I was startled by the phone call.
