Second stay at fave since I really enjoyed my first stay there. Located in the heart of Paskal hypersquare, I just need to walk around for culinary experience. Tahu priangan is next door, the mal is just in front of the hotel. Water dispenser near to the lift. They even gave me connecting room when my friend asked so I don't have to stay alone in my room. Will absolutely back stay there again

Fave Hyper Square Hotel is perfect for those looking for culinary experiences, with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, and it's also close to the mall. The rooms are comfortable, with the only downside being the bathroom, which often floods, but the staff quickly addressed that issue. The food is lacking in variety. The lock wouldn't work properly, even with a spare key, and it had to be re-keyed. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. So we couldn't leave the hotel room together.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room condition (AC, TV, lights) is functioning well. The room smells okay/not stuffy (the room I chose was a smoking room) and the bathroom is okay (sink, shower, stable hot water) only, on the towels there are still visible stains (1 of 2 towels) and on the bed cover, unfortunately I did not document and inform the staff. Additional suggestions, the number of pillows may be increased. From 2 pcs to 4 pcs. Or, add a bolster. Overall, I think it's okay. Worth coming back.
