An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is pleasant, and it's clean. There's a floor of the hotel that seems to be unused for rooms. It's also conveniently located near McDonald's. The card-lock door is a bit difficult to detect, and it might need some work.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious, clean, and the amenities were quite complete. My only disappointment was the breakfast, perhaps because I wasn't informed that breakfast was served after sahur. So, by 7 or so, I was left with very little leftovers; everything was gone. In the end, I decided to have some watery fried rice. I've stayed here many times when I'm in Cikarang.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is a bit lacking. There are no hotel slippers, only one right one, when checking in they gave me the wrong room key, and the hot water kettle had to be rented again. The service needs to be improved.

It's comfortable, but yesterday I got a room where I could hear some noise from the AC or something, so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was no drinking water/gallons at all, and I couldn't get bottled water either. It seems the staff hadn't refilled the gallons yet.

This is my second stay at Fave Hotel Cikarang, and the service remains the same as before: excellent service, friendly staff, and friendly security guards. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it's close to eateries. Next door is McDonald's, Pempek Gabby, Indomaret, and more, and across the street is Living Plaza, all within walking distance.

The room was really bad, the AC was leaking, the toilet jet shower was leaking, and there were no tissues provided. I will never stay here again. The service is also not very responsive. The breakfast was also not very tasty, the chicken was very tough.
