I've actually stayed at this Fave Hotel several times, but this time it was quite disappointing because I requested a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a change, but was still given a room on the same floor (6th floor), just a few rooms away because the room was full, even though I had booked it well in advance. As soon as I got out of the elevator, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke, I who really can't stand the smell of cigarettes ended up sleeping with a mask, it was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not very clean, but the food and service from the hotel staff were still okay.

Most rooms were located in areas where smoking was permitted. Therefore, when you requested a room change, our team tried their best to provide the best room available at that time. However, we understand that this solution did not fully meet your expectations. As a preventative measure, our team implemented special treatments to reduce the cigarette smoke odor in the rooms. However, we understand that the results may not have been optimal and may still have caused discomfort or disturbed your stay. For this, we sincerely apologize again.
