The hotel is comfortable, located near the TP mall. I booked a standard room, which was supposed to have no window, but the receptionist helped me get one with one. I've stayed here many times, both for work and family vacations. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but its strategic location and proximity to Tunjungan Plaza create a pleasant atmosphere. The amenities offered are comparable to other hotels, and the affordable price has exceeded my expectations. And, of course, there are no additional fees. 😁 The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

The entire staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was excellent, being close to the airport and downtown Surabaya. Parking was a bit tight. However, the rooms didn't seem to be soundproof. Conversations could be heard from outside.

Prime location, close to Tunjungan Plaza, if you're hungry there's Wing Lok Resto Dimsum 24 hours across the street & next to it is Bon Cafe Resto Kel, my regular place for decades. Fave Hotel's rooms are small but if it's just for sleeping, not a staycation, it's very okay. The pillows are hard, but the mattress is also not very comfortable.

The receptionist wrote down the wrong room number for us. We tried to enter the specified room with our hotel key card but could not go in, hence the hotel staff who happened to walk past helped us using their general key card. However as we entered in, the room was already occupied by another guest. How horrible! We immediately went back to the reception/lobby area and made a complaint. Their receptionist apologized by saying they made a typo writing down the room number.
