I Stayed. February 12-13, 2025 and. February 15-19, 2025. The problem is. Poor mattress quality, the pillow is too thin. The room quality is not soundproof, so you can hear activities outside the room and the next room. The smell of cooking entered the room, especially on the 1st floor, room 101. The water quality is very poor, where it still smells of mud. Apart from that, this is probably the best hotel in Kuala Kapuas Regency. It is quite recommended as a choice to stay, with the note that you need to bring mineral water for brushing your teeth and washing your face.

The service was good, the experience was that I was wearing hotel sandals when I went out of the elevator, my wife's sandals went to the injection station and almost broke when I came to the restaurant with new sandals, the service was really friendly. Thank you for being satisfied.
