Homestay in the middle of Yogyakarta city. Close to Malioboro and the Yogyakarta palace. Prices are in accordance with the facilities offered. Free flow of coffee and tea in the kitchen. Shared bathroom. There is a living room and terrace to chat. There is a home made bakpia next to the homestay, can be for souvenirs, suitable for a budget traveler.

Initially we booked an ordinary room and then offered an upgrade with Ms. warp and we did not regret receiving it, the room was nice, spacious, the mattress was comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom, soap was already there. Ms. Wari is so kind, patient, and considerate of us. It's just delicious here. The atmosphere is calm, the owner is very kind, friendly, and very understanding of us.

Strategic location, if you want to go to Yogyakarta Palace, just walk and get there and it's only about a 7 minute walk. Friendly staff, comfortable place. Feels like staying at grandma's house 😀. If I go to Jogja again, I will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, clean, quiet, suitable for introverts or those who don't like crowds, close to everywhere you just have to walk, the staff are kind and friendly, basically the best thing is that next time if you go to Yogyakarta you want to stay here.

The location is quite strategic because you can walk to the north square. The bedroom is clean and quite comfortable, but the room's AC is not cold enough and the socket outlet is loose. The bathroom is clean enough, but you need to close the glass window that leads to the backyard because it's scary at night. The bedroom window also needs a shutter slot because it doesn't close properly. There are drinking water dispensers, coffee and tea, a mini library, playing cards and cassava, a kitchen and a dining table. However, the stairs to the 2nd floor are too steep and dangerous. The homestay owner is very friendly and interactive.
