1. The mattress and pillowcases weren't replaced, and were stained. I asked for replacements, but the staff gave me the excuse: "They're still at the laundry, so I'll use what I have." 2. The room wasn't cleaned on the first day. 3. The room access card didn't work properly, even after charging it twice and replacing it with a new one. As a result, I had to go back and forth between the 5th and 1st floors to ask for help. 4. There were no window locks, so the windows didn't close properly, and the noise was disturbing. 5. The food menu was the same, with no new variations.

The hotel staff is very friendly. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. There was a welcome treatment of guava juice and salad. Perfect for the hot weather. Cleanliness is good, and access to the room is also easy. In the afternoon, go to the rooftop to watch the sunset, and don't forget to watch the sunrise in the morning, which is also beautiful. Good comfort for a budget hotel. Recommended!

Check in time is not flexible.. the sheets and pillowcases have lots of stains.. I want to check out in the morning at 7.. I want to ask for breakfast at 7 and I have told the CS since last night because breakfast will be delivered to the room.. but they said it will be ready at 8.
