My experience was actually quite pleasant from arrival until I woke up, but the next morning, the water was completely cut off in all the rooms. At the very least, management should have a plan B and C if they discover a problem with the water system, because if it's water-related, it's a serious issue, requiring me to leave the hotel to use the restroom at a nearby Alfamart.

The hotel staff was friendly. It was just a bit noisy at night, and before we checked out, the hotel staff opened our door without knocking first.
