I ordered 2 rooms for my friend too, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, I ordered 2 superior rooms, one of which was upgraded to a larger deluxe, overall it's really good for the price of 250 including breakfast, clean fragrant towels and complete bathroom equipment, cold air conditioning, electricity is okay, everything is safe, clean floors, sheets, clean blankets and comfortable mattresses and pillows, high mirrors are available. For the deluxe room, it is highly recommended because there is a small refrigerator and it is very spacious. Thanks, I am very satisfied.

The service was excellent. After staying for two days, the room was cleaned again and smelled great. The only downside was the trash can was very small. The food was decent, and breakfast was included in the cheap price. The hotel has a direct view of the pool. The kids loved it. However, it is a bit far from the city. It's a nice place to stop and relax.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful during the check-in process, allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception before check-in time. Overall, the room, cleanliness, and tidiness were okay, but I would like to give some input, please provide special tissues because at that time the only roll of tissue available in my room was in the bathroom, luckily I brought my own, and please provide hotel slippers and an in-room telephone. The availability of a garden full of plants and a swimming pool is also one of the attractions of this hotel. Hopefully, the service will improve.

I stayed here in room 409, overall the room is spacious and the view is nice, directly overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding nature and the service is also very responsive. But there are some unpleasant experiences and need to be upgraded such as: - The condition of the shower is not working properly - The condition of the AC is too far so the room takes a long time to cool down and is covered by a pillar column in the middle of the room - The TV is also problematic, I have to wait a long time for the TV screen to be visible and only sound can be heard - The room feels like an old building and some of the furnishings also look old, this will go into the next point - There are some horror incidents that I felt during the night such as the noisy sound of banging on the wall and the noisy sound of slamming doors and other tense atmospheres that cannot be explained and often occur in the hallway around the 4th floor and can be heard up to room 409 in the very end room Hopefully in the future it can be upgraded to be even better.
