What a fabulous experience! They are really detail-oriented and so thoughtful. The management did a great job to have such awesome employees. They are there to make the guests feel at home. Pak Mugi, the Security and Devia from Marcom, both of them deserve to be commented on as The Day Maker!

My two days here were so worth it. The hotel is in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, and has fast Wi-Fi. The facilities are like a 3-star hotel, with a swimming pool and spa. The sheets are dirty and stained. For business, it's a no-go. It's hard to even borrow an iron to iron clothes. I can't borrow an iron myself. It's okay to borrow one for a fee because I want to iron them myself. And this is ironed in and 5 pieces of clothing are 50,000 Rupiah. I'm a private person, so I don't want to iron them. Everyone is different, right?

The staff is friendly and helpful, exceeding expectations, where with this very affordable price, the quality will be mediocre. The most appropriate thing for the price is the maintenance and the breakfast menu choices which are very mediocre, not that it is not delicious, right... Then there are also many guests who look like they are staying at a hotel for the first time or have only ridden the elevator once. But I think I will come back here because, besides the very affordable price, the location is really good. There is Kopi Tuku across the street, also on the other side of the road is Almaz. Two of the most competitive minimarkets in this country also add color hehe... From the outside, the hotel looks good too... Hopefully the hotel will continue to survive and even improve its quality in the future.

Everything was quite pleasant, except that one time, a guest was smoking in the air-conditioned area, which was annoying and caused a tobacco smell. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Thank you.

Everything is great, very strategic. Just 50 meters away there's Tuku, Alfamart, Indomaret, and 25 meters away there's Almaz. The AC looks old-fashioned, but it's really cool 😍 Full service, the service is very good and very friendly.

The service staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, around midnight, we had to move rooms due to bedbugs appearing on the curtains and bed. (The video is already on the official G Suites WhatsApp.) Hopefully, this will be a real concern for the team and management. Best of luck.
