Very good!!!! The staff is friendly, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is varied. The only downside is that the Indonesian food menu is too limited and the restaurant layout is a bit cramped. But it's okay, the staff are very helpful🤍

The service of all staff is good, friendly, and efficient, all requests are noticed👍🏻 The breakfast tastes good, but for 4 days the menu is always the same so there is less variety. One unfortunate drawback of Gaia Cosmo is that the TV in the room is not a Smart TV. Overall all good, will come back again if the TV in the room is a Smart TV😁
