Reallly amazing! The room is neat, clean, and super comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind... I asked for help so many times, and they never once said no. I love Bagaz Cottage, definitely will come back when in Gili Trawangan… just step out of the alley and you’re right in the center, close to everything!!

The bath water tastes brackish, maybe because it's on an island but it only comes out a little... then there are no charging facilities for electric bikes, this is very inconvenient because the battery runs out. There are lots of electric bike rentals on Gili but the hotel doesn't have charging facilities

I really enjoyed staying here, moreover it turned out that the room I booked was upgraded to a villa. Rooms are big enough and complete. In the villa also the atmosphere is soothing. Delicious breakfast, the service from the beginning we came was very satisfying and friendly. Unfortunately in the rooms for amenities lacking toothbrush. The rest is very satisfying, thank you ❤️

The staffs are friendly. The room was clean, but please concern about the bed. The mattress always sounds when I move, so it's a bit uncomfortable. For breakfast, okay. The variation is also quite a lot. The portion is also enough. When I went there, the pool was under maintenance, so I couldn't use the pool. At the hotel there is a bicycle rental.
