Arriving at the hotel, it was already late at night. Alhamdulillah, the staff and the night guard immediately served me and my family and helped carry our luggage to the front of the hotel room. Breakfast was standard but still delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. I happened to book a deluxe twin for 2 days and 2 nights. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was normal. Thank you Gino Feruci Kebonjati for the service provided. 🫶

The hot water wouldn't turn on, I'd already told them and checked and they said to wait 10 minutes, but after 15 minutes it was still low and cold, and I didn't go back to the room until morning while my kids had to take a cold shower!

Check in July 10, check out July 11.
Booked a superior room. When we checked in, the superior room was undergoing maintenance, so we were moved to a deluxe room. It's actually okay for that price, but the building is probably old and there are some unused rooms, so it's a bit of a mixed bag. Hopefully, they can upgrade to a more modern one in the future. By the way, it's very close to Paskal Mall, a large mall in the city center.
