If you check in for Superior Room more than 2 people, Hotel will charge you IDR.100,000/person( Free of Charge only for children under 10 years old ) FAMILY ROOM is set up MAX only for 3 Guests. If You Check in for Family Room more than 3 People, Hotel will charge you IDR.100,000/person( Free Of Charge only for children under 10 years old ) LIMIT ADDITIONAL PERSON FOR EACH ROOM IS 1. If You have more than 1 additional person, YOU MUST RESERVE MORE ROOMS. Or in case Hotel have no more rooms, THE GUESTS MUST PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGE IDR.150,000/PERSON AS A PENALTY.

The location and hotel are great, close to Malioboro Street. It's just a shame the mattress is sunken in the middle when you sleep. Otherwise, the bed selection could be improved for a more comfortable sleep.

I was a bit disappointed when I first entered because the room didn't match what I booked. Many of the facilities in the room were broken. The toilet seat gong didn't work. Luckily, I immediately reported it and asked to move rooms. Luckily, the staff was quick and moved us. Overall, it's still okay for just staying overnight.

The staff were kind in welcoming us when we checked in and provided security when we left our luggage to go out because we had already checked out and left our luggage first because we were going out of town.

Cheap, comfortable, close to Malioboro. Friendly staff, delicious food at the cheap cafe. The most comfortable bed, I want to take it home hehe. Overall, recommended. Come stay here!

The positive side is that the employees at the location are mostly old, kind, friendly, reminding us of our parents at home 😁, and the hotel's location is close to the city center, just walking distance + cheap prices. The negative side is that this hotel needs rejuvenation from the noisy AC and the rooms that need to be repainted and the furniture is not good.
