Mineral water is not provided + no amenities + no mini bar, rooms are not cleaned every day, the receptionist is not on 24-hour standby, towels are torn & the water heater is not always there + the shower water is really small. Travelers must prepare everything themselves.

Sorry for the inconvenience, sir, here we want to emphasize that what you get at the guest house has been clearly exposed in the system before you book, we haven't provided mineral water from the first because we don't include breakfast, amenities and shampoo we provide in bottles in the bathroom are you not there to check? the room is always cleaned every day when you request it because we don't like to enter the room in the morning, Mr. is still resting, we always stand by here but not 24 hours because it is still in covid status, and sorry if you check we can only receiving 3 guests, namely 2 adults and one child, while the five of you here are no longer suitable for your role, please help us to maintain our comfort together...thank you
