My experience was truly delightful! Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service was 5-star. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer a smile and any assistance needed. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. The room was very comfortable, clean, and smelled great. The hotel environment was also very quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly without any disturbance. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the convenient Tokyo Hub shopping area. Furthermore, access to various places in PIK is also very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation or visit to PIK 2. You won't be disappointed.

The distance between Tokyo Riverside and Aloha is almost 2 hours. Seriously, maybe Google Maps is bribed. We have to go around the PIK 2 complex, the last exit is Teluknaga, how come the route is different on the way there and back? Oh, the hotel facilities are okay, the basement parking is a shame, it's shared with other apartment residents, the hotel security is lazy to organize the parking.

Parking is difficult because it is mixed with apartment residents, there is no valet, the AC lift doesn't work, the elevator in the room corridor doesn't work/is hot, Traveloka's description is misleading because there is no bathtub
