We stayed for 2 weeks, for medical reason since the location is close to Siloan hospital. The facility was really nice, room is spacious, beautifull place, clean and staff very helpfull and kind. We booked 1 week and extended for another week, they offer to move to a better room because of maintenance issue. We got upgrade to a room with a pool view with terrace. Appreciated for the best service ever from the front office, beverage staff, maintenance staff and housekeeping staff. Buffet experience for 2 weeks never ben bored with plenty of choices. Activities like swimming pool, badminton, tabble tennis, kids club and others. I haven't try the gym, but I can see the gym located in the centre of the iconic building, it must be a good place to work out with a view. We think to try the spa, but it was too busy for us, since we look after a sick disable person. I would recommend Golden tulip to others, it's a place that suitable for leisure, beautifull place and family friendly. On top of that the staff very kind and helpfull

I stayed in room 217. The drain in the bathroom was a bit clogged, so when I washed my hair, which requires a lot of flowing water, it would definitely pool. We stayed for 2 weeks, for medical reason since the location is close to Siloan hospital. The facility was really nice, room is spacious, beautifull place, clean and staff very helpfull and kind. We booked 1 week and extended for another week, they offer to move to a better room because of maintenance issue. We got upgrade to a room with a pool view with terrace. Appreciated for the best service ever from the front office, beverage staff, maintenance staff and housekeeping staff. Buffet experience for 2 weeks never ben bored with plenty of choices. Activities like swimming pool, badminton, tabble tennis, kids club and others. I haven't try the gym, but I can see the gym located in the centre of the iconic building, it must be a good place to work out with a view. We think to try the spa, but it was too busy for us, since we look after a sick disable person. I would recommend Golden tulip to others, it's a place that suitable for leisure, beautifull place and family friendly. On top of that the staff very kind and helpfull

I stayed in room 217. The drain in the bathroom was a bit clogged, so when I washed my hair, which requires a lot of flowing water, it would definitely pool. The water pooled all the way to the floor under the closet and washbasin. The bidet closet also had a small spray, so it was a bit of a hassle when I was defecating. All the staff were very friendly, especially Aditya Pratama, who left a special surprise—my daughter absolutely loved it! 🥰 There were a few minor misquotes here and there, and I do hope the bathroom can be upgraded or cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
