So far the first experience was pleasant, the cleanliness of the room was okay without dust, the AC was cold, got mineral water and the employees were friendly. Input for hotel management if possible the lights in the bathroom should not be too dim. Even if the room doesn't provide a refrigerator, at least provide an electric kettle along with glasses, coffee and sugar.

Old and unmaintained hotel. Really less clean and bad stuff condition. Bedspread burned by cigarette at many place, AC is more like fan, not even cold. Towel are really used and old. Cheap WiFi, and staff are not really friendly and welcoming.

I got room 307, the room was uninhabitable, the bathroom lights were dim and felt haunted. Only the receptionist is worthy of being a companion for the future.

Previously stayed at this hotel, clean and comfortable. It is unfortunate when staying back at this hotel some time ago, cleanliness began to decrease, closed yellowing, rooms are not cleaned if not requested. There is no glass available in the sink, only one glass of tea, the pillow smells of sweat. Maybe it was because of the co-pandemic that management found it difficult to manage the hotel. Hopefully in the future the hotel can restore room conditions for the better. At a minimum like I first stayed at this hotel.

The hotel building is so old, the bathroom is poorly maintained, the atmosphere of the room and the corridor of the lighting is lacking, it looks spooky. Sleeping in a hotel is the same as me being tested.

Room facilities are actually quite good, I ordered a deluxe. Complete with bathtub in the toilet. But the impression of the old hotel seems to be so inherent, it is felt from the dim lighting, starting in the elevator, the hallway to the room, this actually actually feels rather creepy. The mattress is okay, soft, the TV channels are okay, but the AC is not cold, it's only a little cool .... There are no plugs next to the bed, indicating that this hotel is not ready to change to millennial era. The power outlet next to the bed is a must. Breakfast menu is not much, I have a late breakfast around 9 am, the food dishes are gone, only rice and noodles are left and the side dishes are not added anymore. Luckily there was one officer who offered me a sunny side up egg. Thanks. Conclusion: Modern millennials will not suit this hotel. This hotel must change if you want to survive and be in demand.

Very unsatisfactory and not according to what is offered. Up to 3 times the request to move room. The AC is not cold, the hot water does not work, the bathtub cannot be used (the shower cover is instead given a plastic bag). Very disappointing with a fairly high rate. Not recommended.
