Car parking is far away, elevator card access is a bit difficult, if you are on a different floor from family, wifi on the 7th floor is a bit difficult. Thank you to the mb2 staff at the cafe on the 10th floor, very kind & friendly 🥰

The room is not soundproof at all, in the room there is the sound of water flowing from the pipe, the bathroom shower is dirty so the water doesn't come out perfectly, the shower water pressure is not strong... I stayed here for two nights and couldn't sleep soundly, it was noisy from the next room and above and the hotel atmosphere because it wasn't soundproof. I stayed in room 602... the breakfast had very little variety and the taste was nothing special... for a 4-star hotel it seems below standard... the first time I got out of the car, I was asked by the security guard whether it was a hotel or an apartment, and there was no initiative from the security to help unload things from the car...

Booked 3 rooms, checked in at 2 pm, only got one. The excuse was that the other two rooms weren't ready yet. Got the other two rooms around 2:40 pm. I only booked for one night, but the shower was broken. The AC LEAKING on the first day. The next day, the AC ERRORS, NOT BLOWING AIR. It's cooler in the hotel lobby than in the room. The swimming pool has too much chlorine in it, and it stings if it gets in your eyes. The hotel staff is quick to respond, but the room facilities are really POOR. The walk from the room to the hotel elevator is a long way! The walk to the parking lot is also long!
