1. There are no towels, the manager promised to give towels until tomorrow but still couldn't. 2. Don't believe the pictures on the web, the rooms are really like a 1.3 star hotel. Reused toothpaste with the lid left behind from the old toothpaste. 4. There is no bathroom door. 5. Leaks everywhere. 6. The staff at the hotel like to lie and be irresponsible. 7. I got a really minimal room and unlike other rooms, I can prove it because I ordered 2 rooms of the same type, but the other one is like a non-star hotel room. My advice is just bankrupt this hotel, only enrich the owner without thinking about consumer rights. I've tried to send an email to the owner of this hotel until now no response. Please Mr. Basrizal Hotel Owner, don't mistreat people with businesses that you don't take care of properly, we are consumers, not servants you are persecuting.

Pertama kali nginep di hotel samping mall dan terhubung langsung mall. Pintu penghubungnya sudah 3x ngecek ga dibuka-buka trus eskalator nya juga mati kecewa banget naik turun lagi hamil pula, trus pas nginep dapet lantai 4 terjadi gempa pula pas subuh langsung berkumpul di lobby dan pelayanannya ramah langsung diambilkan minuman para penginapnya.
