The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. I'm gluten intolerant, so my sister initially asked the staff and chef if the corn soup used flour. The chef said it was used as a thickener. Then the chef offered to make a flour-free version. Oh my God, it was great. The location is also strategic, right off Jalan Braga. Buying food or souvenirs is easy. The best, really. I didn't have time to take a picture of the room.

I booked a room with a balcony, but it was tiny and locked, and I couldn't open it. The price was higher than a room without a balcony of the same size. So why pay for something I couldn't enjoy? It was also incredibly noisy at night, with the laughter of men from the apartment complex, which coincidentally served as apartments in the hotel. The noise continued until well past 1 a.m. It was very disturbing.

I liked everything. I chose a balcony room, the view was great. The bathroom was clean. The shower water didn't smell. But the hot water was very hot, so be careful if you have children. The food was delicious, with a lot of variety. The staff were all nice, I liked asking for ice cubes for my tumbler, and they never frowned when I asked for it. Thank you.

There were many cockroaches in the room, and it seemed like it hadn't been used for a long time. The AC would make a noise after just a few minutes of being turned on, and the door would open by itself, making it hard to sleep at night.

This hotel is located on Jalan Braga. Take the elevator down to Braga Citywalk. It's close to everything. Although it's an old hotel, it's well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and have a great city view. The food is also delicious. The kids were also happy because there's a coin-operated game in the lobby and a large swimming pool. Thank you Grand Dafam Braga, we had a wonderful 3-night stay ❤️
