The location is very close, only 5 minutes to Grand Mall Palu. The atmosphere is family.

The hotel is a bit neglected. Room 245 has a toilet door that cannot be locked. There is no lift access.

The room is big but the air conditioner is small so the room is hot because the air conditioner is not cold enough, other than that it's quite good.

The room is on the 3rd floor. And there is no access to call operators, so if necessary, you have to go up and down the stairs and far away. Friendly reception and security. The rooms are clean and nice, it's just a shame the building isn't maintained. The swimming pool is like a fish pond, the water is not replaced.

Like a hotel that hasn't been lived in for a long time, damp, smelly, dirty, swimming pool full of rubbish, no warm water, feeling uncomfortable (horrified).

Can't park the car, the room and bathroom smell musty, the atmosphere is scary, in the hallway of the hotel it's musty, the floor is dirty, the pool is dirty, the view is not good.
