First time to Bondowoso because of a family event, coincidentally found a hotel as comfortable as this in a small town. Starting from the staff every time we met whether in the hallway, pool, parking lot, all were friendly. Check in at 2 am, the room was ready according to request, spacious and had a view of the hills. The pool is also nice, when I came here there were few guests so it was like a private pool plus it was really cold even though it was indoor, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite varied, the food was delicious and just right for my taste. God willing, next time I will come here again when visiting Bondowoso. Thank you.

Very close to Bondowoso town square. The pool is indoor, so you can swim without worrying about the heat. Unfortunately, it doesn't have slides or other rides typical of water parks. It's clean and offers its own tape, which can be purchased in exclusive souvenir packaging. The only downside is that the pool area doesn't have a basket for storing wet towels, with a dedicated attendant. This led to an uncomfortable interrogation upon check-out, as we were accused of not returning the towels our children used for swimming.

The entrance gate must be made clearer because it is not clear for people from outside the city, because they use a portal and security is at the guard post so people think it is closed and not the main entrance.
