Bed linen and pillow are worst, TV is broken can not starting event mechanic has change the remote baterai. AC remote is malfunction. Dirty window. There is some kind like leaf in the heating kettle when we want to use it. The only thing that excellent is food from restaurant, ayam goreng kremes and ayam goreng telur asin is the best

I am very satisfied with all the existing facilities.

Good hotel for staying in Jogja, Gejayan area. Facilities and services according to my expectations. The rooms are clean, comfortable, AC is cold, water heater is available, the breakfast menu is varied and tastes good, the staff is friendly, next to the hotel there is an Indomart, and several food stalls. Minuses: the bathroom floor is not clean, a little slippery and has lots of yellow stains, and there is no hairdryer (usually 3 stars have a hairdryer). Overall I am satisfied staying here.

The first time I was looking for a hotel that wasn't too close to the city but not far either, you could say it was only 15-20 minutes to Malioboro. Actually, I used to pass by Grand Sarila when I was in college, but I didn't expect that I would end up staying here. The first impression for GS is that the hotel is quite old and you can see from the elevator that it is not as fast as the elevators of new hotels and sadly there is no CCTV (my advice please give CCTV coz we never know what bad things will happen there). For the room, I personally feel comfortable because the vibe is like at home (cool and calming). Some things I don't like when I'm in the room and their suggestions: 1. The TV is digital but all the channels are "ants". I think it would be good if the channel could be repaired because there are people who sometimes go to hotels just for staycations and rely a lot on TV in their activities. If you watch watching ants, it's a shame the TV is useless. 2. The bathroom is spacious but please provide a separator between the dry and wet bathrooms. I am personally the type of person who is annoyed if there are no boundaries. At a minimum, provide a glass partition/steps/whatever that can be used as a dry and wet barrier because if there is no barrier, the water can go everywhere, especially since the shower isn't the one with the shower water going downwards but leaning more forward so it gets wet everywhere. 3. For three-star hotels, I was surprised that there were no safes/religious books because sometimes I already have them in two-star hotels, but for me personally it's not a problem because I only stayed one day. But I'm afraid there might be people who need those things. That's all for my review, next time I will come here again if the price is right and according to my needs. Thank you Grand Sarila.

The standard is just a hotel, no negative comments, overall safe hehe

A reasonably priced hotel in a strategic location. Some of the positive things in this hotel are. Fast check-in process. Staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. Wifi is strong. The rooms are quite clean and well maintained. Shower water for bathing feels fresh. There are smoking room options. Some of the negative points in this hotel are. Sleeping pillows for class 3 stars are only available 2, usually a total of 4 pillows. Parking is quite narrow. The bathroom door cannot be completely closed from the outside. There are no teapots, ashtrays or glasses in the room, you have to call room service first to ask. There is no refrigerator for a 3 star hotel. Shower water for a small toilet.

I checked in early to be served here. Very fast. The rooms obtained are also clean and the towels smell good. Cold AC. The only thing that is of special concern is the breakfast which tastes ordinary. The chicken is fishy because it's not yet cooked. For this matter, it must be improved because other 3 star hotels have more varied breakfasts. The same lounge is not open so there is no entertainment at this hotel. TV broadcasts are decent.

The rooms are pretty good, the model just needs renovation. The amenities are according to the expectations of a budget hotel. Well, it's pretty good at this price to get soap and shampoo. Hairdyer is not provided, but maybe you can borrow it. also given a pair of toothbrushes but not given a glass. Bottled water is given 2. The bathroom is a wet bathroom type, there is no separating curtain so get ready to get wet everywhere. But the water is warm and strong, the shower is quite satisfied. At first glance, the room was clean, the sheets were white, but as soon as I entered I was greeted by this 6-legged brown creature, it was hard to catch it. His name is Choro Emank, it's hard to kill, isn't it? Pray that this creature doesn't climb into my bed or into my bags while I sleep tonight.

There are good toilets, some are broken, just standard rooms, if you get the right one, you can see Mount Merapi in the morning, it's really good. the position is less strategic because it is near a major intersection. There are snacks nearby too but not very crowded.

The bathroom smells, there are no hotel slippers, then not all tv channels can.
