Our stay at this hotel last weekend truly exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, the experience was truly special, a perfect choice for a family getaway or a comfortable stay. Top-Notch Service 👍. The hotel staff deserves a thumbs up for the 7-star rating. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive, making us feel truly appreciated. The highlight was after check-out. I left my phone charger in the room. Even though we had already arrived in Bogor, I casually contacted the hotel to inquire. Amazing! The hotel staff helped locate it, confirmed the item, and even arranged for the charger to be shipped to Bogor. Thank you so much, this demonstrates a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Besides the complete, comfortable, and child-friendly facilities, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable, clean, and homey. The food is also delicious: Giwangkara Restaurant: We had lunch here upon check-out. The menu has a wide selection and the Sundanese food is delicious. Perfect for Indonesian families. Skylounge Multicuisine (Rooftop): We also had dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant. There was live music, a full menu of traditional and Western dishes, and light snacks. The evening atmosphere was enjoyable, without having to leave the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for accommodation with complete facilities and excellent service in the South Bandung area. Next time we visit Bandung, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing the best service and facilities.

The kids wanted some healing, so I searched for a comfortable resort hotel on the app and read reviews from guests who had stayed at Grand Sunshine. We were thrilled to get two Executive Twin Rooms, each with a terrace/balcony, on the 5th floor. We were given adjoining rooms, offering beautiful views, walks, sitting on the swing, and dining together while playing on the terrace. I'll be back with my extended family.

Warm welcome and clear explanation from the when we first came, very spacious room, one highlight from me is their food selection is very wide, delicious, well prepared from Indonesian, Japanese, Western, and kid-friendly. I can fulfill my tummy for breakfast and lunch at the same time since I tried all of their menu variance. They also have a rooftop bar at the top, can be a selection to spend the night with a city view. One improvement is the lift can be added imo especially during holiday season/peak hour; they only provided 2 lifts, when I stayed one lift got renovated and it caused a little longer to wait only for one lift to be accessed for all customers.

There were worms/caterpillars on the bed but the hotel team was quick to clean it and gave us a compliment cake which unfortunately was given at 10 pm😅 Next time, please pay attention to the cleanliness, if you bring children, there are worms/caterpillars on the bed, it's really scary if they get into their ears huhu Thank you grand sunshine!

Here's my objective summary: 1. The location is strategic and easily accessible, as it's close to the Soreang toll gate. 2. The hotel's atmosphere is quite comfortable and quiet. The parking lot is very spacious (there's indoor, basement, and outdoor parking). There are also three charging stations for electric cars. 3. The staff at the front desk, concierge, and room service are very prompt and friendly. 4. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they're enough for a family. Furthermore, the room I stayed in was fairly soundproof. 5. The hotel's main attraction is the mini water park and heated pool. 6. The mini zoo and outdoor playground are just average and not particularly special. 7. The breakfast menu is varied, but the taste is average and not particularly special. The restaurant staff are helpful, but some are rude (perhaps because they're tired). 8. Final assessment: Hotel room: 7 out of 10 Hotel Wi-Fi: 3 out of 10, difficult to connect and very slow. The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable and the facilities are complete. There is a pool for children and several children's water play rides.
