The room was actually a bungalow type. So there is a carport, porch, small living room, a bed room, and a bathroom. It was more than we expected (we expected just a normal bedroom like in hotels). The grand ussu itself is quite big with restaurants and convention. The bungalow itself was quite old but well maintained. We could really relax in there and enjoy the atmosphere. In the morning, we can walk and circle the hotel area since it spans quite a large area.

Saya merasa puas menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam di unit Catalya. Ruangannya bersih, seprai-nya wangi, dan request saya untuk kamar atas terpenuhi dan mendapatkan view yang bagus. Hotel ini lokasinya strategis bagi saya, karena terdapat minimarket di seberang, dan ada apotek tidak jauh dari gerbang masuk hotel. Staff-nya ramah dan sangat membantu baik saat memberikan service dan saat saya bertanya arah bisa dijawab dengan baik. Untuk sarapan-nya menu buffet-nya lumayan variatif dan berganti menu setiap hari saat saya menginap (bubur ayamnya favorit saya, kuah soto). Hotelnya pun ternyata luas di bagian dalamnya dengan view yang oke, bersih, serta suasananya sejuk dan tenang, sehingga saya dan keluarga bisa rileks menikmati liburan. Terima kasih Grand Ussu.

This is a very old money hotel, it has been around since the 80s, my experience staying here was very memorable, I took a room in the Bougenville cluster, 1st floor no. 180. Bougenville itself has 3 floors, the downside is that there is no elevator, so access is still using stairs. I had time to WA the receptionist to confirm the room, if on the 3rd floor there is a mountain view but for access still requires stairs, since I brought a small child, so I chose the 1st floor, the car park is right in front of the room. The facilities in the room are all complete, nothing is missing, the water heater also works well, ordering food is fast and the food is delicious, the only thing I found strange, at 1 o'clock at night it was very noisy in the upper room, pushing/pushing chairs, it was clearly audible because it was quite disturbing, like people moving house, and it lasted quite a while, but I'm positive that maybe new guests checked in, otherwise it was good and great 😍

The hotel staff was very friendly and accompanied me to my room due to the hotel's spacious location. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The facilities included a swimming pool suitable for children to play in. Improvements could include improving room cleanliness. The breakfast food in the restaurant should also be on standby until closing time, as I ate at 8:00 and most of it was already sold out. The rest of the restaurant's view is very beautiful.

The hotel is nice, on the side of the road. The swimming pool has lots of slides, it feels like being in a waterboom. I got a room near the swimming pool so it was easy for the kids to go back and forth swimming. The breakfast was decent even though there weren't too many menus. God willing, I'll stay here again sometime.

It was fun staying at the Ussu Hotel, access to coffee at Nusae and The Daun was very close, the food was delicious, because I stayed on Sunday and Monday so I didn't have all you can eat breakfast, breakfast was delivered to my room. Free bicycles too, there was a hot water shower. The view was great from the room.

The electricity in the room went out three times in the middle of the night, as if someone had sabotaged it! Finally, the lights were turned on, but the AC wouldn't turn back on! The hotel room was shabby and poorly maintained. The toilet door handle was broken, the tissue paper wasn't refilled, and the hand sanitizer wasn't refilled. It didn't deserve a 4-star rating at all!

I couldn't sleep all night, there was a group of people who were drunk and it was very disturbing. It's not worth it for a hotel like this to allow alcohol freely. Not family friendly. Someone who was so drunk they screamed like a wolf.

Initially we stayed in a twin bed, but because I complained because the walls of the room were moldy, we finally asked to move to a one bed room, we stayed in the Lily type for 5 people, the room was spacious and big, the AC was not cold enough in room 134, the water heater was working well, we arrived at 9 am, we were allowed to check in early but were charged 150, life jacket rental was 20 thousand, breakfast was mediocre, even a little late it ran out, refills took a long time.. the staff were friendly, borrowed a spoon and they delivered it to the room, the amenities in the room were incomplete, there was no prayer mat in the room even though there were other rooms, maybe the housekeeping could check again if there were guests who could provide more amenities.
