The room was actually a bungalow type. So there is a carport, porch, small living room, a bed room, and a bathroom. It was more than we expected (we expected just a normal bedroom like in hotels). The grand ussu itself is quite big with restaurants and convention. The bungalow itself was quite old but well maintained. We could really relax in there and enjoy the atmosphere. In the morning, we can walk and circle the hotel area since it spans quite a large area.

Saya merasa puas menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam di unit Catalya. Ruangannya bersih, seprai-nya wangi, dan request saya untuk kamar atas terpenuhi dan mendapatkan view yang bagus. Hotel ini lokasinya strategis bagi saya, karena terdapat minimarket di seberang, dan ada apotek tidak jauh dari gerbang masuk hotel. Staff-nya ramah dan sangat membantu baik saat memberikan service dan saat saya bertanya arah bisa dijawab dengan baik. Untuk sarapan-nya menu buffet-nya lumayan variatif dan berganti menu setiap hari saat saya menginap (bubur ayamnya favorit saya, kuah soto). Hotelnya pun ternyata luas di bagian dalamnya dengan view yang oke, bersih, serta suasananya sejuk dan tenang, sehingga saya dan keluarga bisa rileks menikmati liburan. Terima kasih Grand Ussu.

It was fun staying at the Ussu Hotel, access to coffee at Nusae and The Daun was very close, the food was delicious, because I stayed on Sunday and Monday so I didn't have all you can eat breakfast, breakfast was delivered to my room. Free bicycles too, there was a hot water shower. The view was great from the room.

The electricity in the room went out three times in the middle of the night, as if someone had sabotaged it! Finally, the lights were turned on, but the AC wouldn't turn back on! The hotel room was shabby and poorly maintained. The toilet door handle was broken, the tissue paper wasn't refilled, and the hand sanitizer wasn't refilled. It didn't deserve a 4-star rating at all!

I couldn't sleep all night, there was a group of people who were drunk and it was very disturbing. It's not worth it for a hotel like this to allow alcohol freely.

Initially we stayed in a twin bed, but because I complained because the walls of the room were moldy, we finally asked to move to a one bed room, we stayed in the Lily type for 5 people, the room was spacious and big, the AC was not cold enough in room 134, the water heater was working well, we arrived at 9 am, we were allowed to check in early but were charged 150, life jacket rental was 20 thousand, breakfast was mediocre, even a little late it ran out, refills took a long time.. the staff were friendly, borrowed a spoon and they delivered it to the room, the amenities in the room were incomplete, there was no prayer mat in the room even though there were other rooms, maybe the housekeeping could check again if there were guests who could provide more amenities.

Nice hotel room, good service, the only downside is there is no elevator, I took my mother so I had to go to the 3rd floor, I couldn't bear it even though my mother has difficulty walking, so I had no choice but to take the stairs.

The entire hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is located on the main road, easily accessible but quiet. I stayed in the Lily cluster. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was a separate TV room and bedroom, as well as a garage next to the room. The view from the front of the room was beautiful. It's perfect for a family vacation and is kid-friendly because it has a mini water park in the pool. The downside was that the in-room phone didn't connect (it was broken), so we had difficulty contacting reception.

A happy overnight stay for the kids, the swimming pool has a slide and a playground too. Only the toilet is a bit old, so it's not very clean to look at..., the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and cheap, adding for the kids is only 50 thousand.., My family and I are happy. I couldn't sleep all night, there was a group of people who were drunk and it was very disturbing. It's not worth it for a hotel like this to allow alcohol freely.
Not family friendly.
Someone who was so drunk they screamed like a wolf.

Initially we stayed in a twin bed, but because I complained because the walls of the room were moldy, we finally asked to move to a one bed room, we stayed in the Lily type for 5 people, the room was spacious and big, the AC was not cold enough in room 134, the water heater was working well, we arrived at 9 am, we were allowed to check in early but were charged 150, life jacket rental was 20 thousand, breakfast was mediocre, even a little late it ran out, refills took a long time.. the staff were friendly, borrowed a spoon and they delivered it to the room, the amenities in the room were incomplete, there was no prayer mat in the room even though there were other rooms, maybe the housekeeping could check again if there were guests who could provide more amenities.

The view from the room was great, the room was okay, and there was a balcony. Room service needs to be improved.

Nice hotel room, good service, the only downside is there is no elevator, I took my mother so I had to go to the 3rd floor, I couldn't bear it even though my mother has difficulty walking, so I had no choice but to take the stairs.

Clean and spacious rooms, breakfast with a view, delicious coffee, and a comfortable place for children to play. There are bean bags, small tables, and tents provided. The swimming pool is clean, and the playground is also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is located on the main road, easily accessible but quiet. The facilities are very comprehensive, including a playground, swimming pool, and even a leisurely cycling area. We highly recommend staying here. The price is also affordable.😍

I stayed in the Lily cluster. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was a separate TV room and bedroom, as well as a garage next to the room. The view from the front of the room was beautiful. It's perfect for a family vacation and is kid-friendly because it has a mini water park in the pool. The downside was that the in-room phone didn't connect (it was broken), so we had difficulty contacting reception.

A happy overnight stay for the kids, the swimming pool has a slide and a playground too. Only the toilet is a bit old, so it's not very clean to look at..., the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and cheap, adding for the kids is only 50 thousand.., My family and I are happy.
