Not sure why they declare as 4 stars hotel. It should be 3 star or below. Limited room facility, no refrigerator, no hair dryer and limited electricity socket. Breakfast taste and quality is below standard. Vegetable already had yellow leaf but still served. Better not order breakfast.

Nice place and nice staff. Comfort room with beautiful view on the mountains. Good breakfast. One bad point is the noise absolutely too loud made by the AC clearly out of ages !!! Please change it !

Asking for towels took almost 2 hours to be delivered, I called reception 3 times and it still hasn't been delivered.... The AC is leaking, the ENG team is faster in responding than the HK team, the breakfast variety, taste and cleanliness of the buffet area need to be improved and improved, many FB staff seem to be disoriented, the swimming pool water is very dirty and many tree branches have fallen into the pool....

The service was slow to respond. I asked for a shower cup from 3 p.m. until the evening before it was delivered. And even after three reminders, the customer service number wasn't answered, even though it was important to ask for directions to the hotel due to road closures. The breakfast area was extremely dirty, with flies all over it.

At the end of the year, I invited my family to stay here, it was really bad, 4 stars but like 3 stars. There was no laundry bag, no refrigerator, and breakfast was served in the ballroom which was like a fly's nest. I haven't seen breakfast again, the food choices are really good.

Flies were everywhere while we were eating. The hotel grounds were untidy, as if poorly maintained. Our car was covered in mosquitoes when we left because it was parked under a tree in the parking area. It wasn't what a star-rated hotel should offer.

From the moment we arrived, the parking lot was full. Elevator: Too small, so access is limited. We should have considered school holidays. Check-in was quick and check-out took 25 minutes. The room automatically locked at 12 noon, and we couldn't get back in. The hot water didn't work when rinsing off after swimming. The pool water was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and the chlorine was hard. The TV didn't have Netflix, and the Wi-Fi signal kept dropping. But I really liked the cleanliness and the room. Breakfast: The menu wasn't appealing and lacked flavor.
