The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they let me store my luggage after checking out. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a mini-fridge that was very helpful for keeping food and drinks cool. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit SBY, God willing.

We stayed here for 2 nights, thank God we were very satisfied. The staff was helpful and the check-in process was quite fast. When we ordered, we requested to be on the 1st floor, thank God we got the 1st floor when we checked in. Thank you Hadi Park, hopefully the quality and service will always be maintained.

The condition of the room is according to the picture, quite spacious. For this price, I think this is the cleanest and most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The location is quiet and rarely passed by vehicles, there is parking with a canopy and fence. The bathroom is clean, the shower is strong, the AC is cold, there are tables and chairs too.

the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful to us ... the facilities are very good, AC, water heater, TV, refrigerator, toiletries are also available, the room is spacious, clean, the cafe is comfortable.. the kids are happy to stay there.. near the grand mosque and al madinah / bazaar.. a very pleasant experience.. next time we go there again...

The check-in process is fast & hassle-free, the receptionist is friendly & kind, the service is okay, offers a menu for sahur & the food is also very delicious, worth it for the price, the location of the inn is very busy & close to the Great Mosque of Surabaya (just cross & arrive, it doesn't take long), the room & bathroom are clean, the environment around the inn is also comfortable + safe + very quiet, the wifi is fast, the AC is very cool, the TV + hot water + the refrigerator are also all functioning normally, plus you get amenities like toiletries + towels + welcome drink + a fairly large wardrobe + tissue + glasses, the bed is very comfortable, basically the photo of the inn room is very much in accordance with the advertisement in the app, my room has direct access to the balcony too, POV the room facilities are very complete with an affordable budget, yes this is the place, it's so good that I can't say anymore because I feel so at home but it's a shame I can only stay 1 night here, God willing, next time I will definitely stay here again ... very recommended, thank you 👍🙏

The staff is friendly, the room is decent, but it lacks amenities like no tissue in the bathroom. The breakfast menu is the same every day, lacking variety. The actual location is close to the city center, but if you book online, it's always difficult to find the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn't supported in my room, perhaps because it was at the end.

Clean, cheap, comfortable, close to the Al Akbar National Mosque in Surabaya, there is a Jambangan traditional market and public transportation access via Wara Wiri Surabaya 9B and 9A if you want to take the bus, also close to the Dukuh Menanggal bus stop on the main road, bring a car, there is enough parking and access is close to the toll road too

when we were at the Al Akbar Mosque in Surabaya, we immediately went here. The receptionist was very friendly. We were immediately offered a room above or below. Asking for adjacent rooms was also possible because we booked 2 rooms. As soon as we arrived, the man immediately helped us with parking. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The kids really liked it. Moreover, the price was very suitable, as mothers usually look for low budget ones. xixixi thank you. Favorite hotel, said the kids

It far exceeded expectations, and for that price, you get excellent facilities. The room was clean, including the bathroom, complete toiletries, friendly staff, and you can use an extra bed at an affordable price. Oh, and there's a restaurant and coffee shop too. I didn't try the coffee, but the restaurant was delicious and the prices were quite affordable. It's close to the mosque, and there are plenty of places to eat. I'll probably stay here again next time I go to Surabaya.
