We stayed at Harper Hotel Cikarang by Aston 1 day during my friend's business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The hotel is cosy, the concept is good, the room is comfortable but please pay attention to the small details of cleanliness in the toilet. The check-in process is fast but please improve the hospitality of the receptionist when checking in and be more informative. As a fellow hotelier, you will definitely understand the difference. 24 hours room service and the food served is quite good, the service provided by the security is very good, it deserves two thumbs up. thank you harper.

The location of the hotel is easy to access, there are several places selling food so it is easy to find food, next to Starbucks for delicious coffee, just walk next to the hotel, friendly service and fast check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, cold air conditioning, the view from the room is quite good, satisfying, recommended to stay here
