Check-in was at 2, but the room wasn't ready by 3. I was told to sit and wait until I was called. A foreign guest was approached and I was alerted. But I had to ask, and then I went to the reception desk to be told. It was true what they said, they were friendly to foreign guests. Not to mention the room smelled bad. Anyway, it was enough once.
