Harris Tebet Jakarta

It's always a pleasure to stay at Harris Tebet Jakarta. This place can do lots more fun shared with friends / family or even just for a "me-time" staycation. The staffs are kind, nice and warm. The food are so delicious (kudos to the chef handling the kitchen 😀) For dining service area, they got their beautiful staff who excellently in charge which her hospitality is not only to satisfy my tummy but also my heart. As I often do the swimming package, she serves me the same just like in house guests. She will initiatively offering help in case I need it. I appreciate her so much 😊. Would definitely continue coming back to Harris Tebet Jakarta. 💕

During the pandemic we quite often staycation at the Harris hotel chain in several areas such as Jabodetabek and Bandung. So far for hospitality and services Harris Tebet occupies the best position among all Harris we have visited, but there was a negative incident that left a deep impression and traumatized us, regarding the problem of the elevator leaking and causing our 2 years old son almost slip, and health protocol regarding the use of masks in the Harris Tebet area, I really regret that so many invited wedding guests and hotels do not use masks, so I have to rebuke directly. I am very, very worried about my family health, especially our 2 years old son. Please fix it it's deeply regretted these 2 things can ruin a very pleasant staycation atmosphere at Harris Tebet. Apart from these problems, allow us to review our staycation experience. For food like others Harris's chain the standard of delicacy and food materials is very well maintained, the rooms are not too spacious and not cramped (just enough), the bathtub in each room is a very interesting plus point this hotel. Cleanliness starting from parking area, front office, lobby and rooms are perfect, we rarely encounter this even in 5 star hotels, the play ground and swimming pool facilities are very well maintained and cleanliness is maintained, for sauna and fitness facilities it is also very interesting because that's for free, unfortunately some fitness tools such as benchpress and dumbbell grips are starting to get dirty and rusty. All out we highly recommend you for a staycation or stay at Harris Tebet, this is one of the hidden gems for a 4 star hotel in the central area of ​​Jakarta. Last thing, the last time we ordered a double bed was from Thursday afternoon to be occupied on Saturday afternoon but we got a twin bed room because the double bed room had run out, this is one simple problem that shouldn't happen in a 4-star hotel especially in Harris' class hotel.

It was a pleasant staycation with my family. We had a great city view from our room. The kids enjoy the swimming pool and little playground. Check in is fast and the room seems newer and cleaner since the last time we stayed.

I spent my New Years Eve at Harris Tebet. The room was clean & the staff were friendly. They only have 2 lift, when I came it was only 1 lift operate because another 1 is broken. Because its New Year the hotel is quite pack with the guests, so we have to wait long enough to go to our room. The food was OK but some of them are too salty tho but still eatable. Thanks Harris Tebet. I enjoyed my stay here.

We had a great nice experience. We were greeted by Mr. Radar and Mr. Bobby during check-in so friendly. I booked to celebrate my Anniversary and we got such a beautiful room. Varied & tasty breakfast. The Public Area Housekeeping Staff was so friendly to my son and very helpful at the Swimming Pool and when we met in the lobby toilet. There is a small playground at the lobby, which makes my son didn't want to go home after we have checked out. Thank you Harris Tebet! Sukses Selalu!

Good service, good breakfast, friendly staff and love how they prep the room per my request, though its nearly impossible to check in early since they always full booked. Enjoyed the stay, thank you!

My second time visit, just choose different type of room. This hotel is very strategic that's why I made it return, but the building is old and also the bathroom from this type of room and the wifi is very slow. But more than that all was fine. Also staff were friendly. Should I return again?
