Kelebihannya: 1). Lokasi di jalan utama, mudah ditemukan dan gampang untuk ke pusat kota. 2). Sarapan cukup enak. 3). Kamar bersih dan cukup nyaman, ada teko listrik untuk air panas. Tersedia handuk mandi untuk satu orang, sabun mandi, dan sikat gigi. 4). Resepsionis sopan dan informatif. 5). Prosedur check in tidak ribet. Kekurangannya: 1). AC kurang dingin, perlu dibersihkan. 2). Tv box, channel hanya stasiun lokal, gambarnya patah-patah. Tidak bisa membaca USB drive. 3). Kondisi kamar mandi kurang baik walaupun bersih dan tidak bau. 4). Internet dari WiFi kurang bagus, tapi rata-rata penginapan lain juga kualitasnya sama atau lebih jelek. 5). Salah satu kekurangan paling fatal adalah tidak ada yang mengangkat telepon saat dihubungi berkali-kali. Nomor telepon di aplikasi kemungkinan besar tidak dimonitor. Kesimpulan: Salah satu penginapan yang kondisinya lebih baik dibanding rata-rata penginapan dalam rentang harga yang sama. Fasilitas kamar yang kurang maksimal tidak menjadi masalah besar. Lokasi yang sangat strategis memudahkan untuk jalan ke tempat-tempat tujuan utama dalam kota. Sayangnya nomor telepon kontak sepertinya tidak dimonitor sama sekali.

Check in: I booked 2 rooms from April 26th. With the hope that the request can be appropriate. According to experience in previous applications. It turned out that when we checked in our room had not been prepared by the officer. We checked in at. 17.30 wita should have a lot of rooms ready. I asked on the 1st floor because I brought a toddler and 5 year old child. Taunya was given a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The officer reasoned that the room was full (even though the car was parked only for ours) and for orders on Traveloka, it went to the owner. who knows! Breakfast: the first day of breakfast we have gone down to the restaurant at. 07.30 WITA, there were 2 officers there. He said later at 8 I could just have breakfast. We tried to order from midnight, it hasn't been served yet, they choose the guests and tell them to play their cellphones and have breakfast first. At 8 we were asked what we wanted for breakfast. So breakfast is at 9 o'clock for nasgor. Manado porridge ready at. 9 with spinach which is still firm. Because of this experience for the second and third day we chose breakfast outside the hotel. Room: TV broadcasts in the room are often lost, towels must be requested later, tissues are not reffiled, the second day the cigarette butts in front of our room were not cleaned, even though I didn't smoke, it was another guest. I have always believed in reviews on Traveloka. But this time I was really disappointed and intend not to come back to this hotel again.

Have stayed at Heine many times, what makes me most comfortable is that the rooms are very clean, comfortable, the food is also delicious, especially the chili roa. Starting from the Airy promo, then until now every time I go to Manado, I definitely go to Heine 😊.
