The hotel is perfect for weddings. It's away from the center and has a great feel. A little quieter than the centre. The hotel manager speaks perfect English as well as other languages and is very helpful.

Hotel lama dan perabotan di dalam kamar tidak terawat, terutama kamar mandi sangat buruk. Lantai kuning, peralatan di kamar mandi sudah berkarat, air panas kecil, saluran air tersumbat. Dengan harga 400 K, harus nya di kamar mandi disediakan sikat gigi dan lain-lain. Saran agar selalu memperhatikan kebersihan kamar. Dan selalu merespon keluhan tamu yang menginap, agar tamu yang datang dari jauh-jauh ke Toraja memjadi nyaman dan berkesan.

We arrived at 11ish AM and they let us check in after waiting about only 15mins for them to clean the room. The room is clean, they have cable TV, bathroom is also clean, Hot water is working perfectly. Air Conditioning is nice, cold. They accept cards as payment also. Theres a convenience store and a KFC right across. Decent place to stay for this price. Recommend.

I liked the staff who understood the situation which was created by online agent. I booked for 15-17 December and online agent without my consent had changed my booking to 14-15 December. Lucky when I arrived in the hotel the staff was able to get me a room for one night but not for the next day. They did not charge me for not showing up the day before when I was literally in different place and would not be possible to be in Toraja. Staff helped me to sorted my dinner too.

Pelayanan luar biasa. Saya jadwalkan ke Lolai jam 4.30 sebelum subuh. Sarapan yang harusnya disediakan jam 7.00 malah diantar ke kamar beberapa menit sebelum saya berangkat. Kamar bersih. Pelayanan cepat. Thanks.

Didn't have time to take pictures because I was really tired and immediately took a break. Luckily it can be a comfortable hotel. Good facilities, friendly and responsive officers. Checkout at 5 in the morning the officer is ready on the spot. It is located near the tourist attractions of Torut. Unfortunately the restaurant at / 7 pm is already the best chef so you have to find food out. but it's really quiet outside. Whether it's a pandemic or something like that. good overall. thank you?

Just a standard hotel, there is no entertainment that we can get from this Hotel. But the price is affordable and the room is quite clean, there are some facilities that I am less comfortable like the bathroom door that cannot be closed from the outside (but can be locked from the inside), the button above the sink mirror that knows what the function is but the pond is spraying from the wall, the exhaust fan that it didn't work and room 214 the air conditioner wouldn't turn on, but then I was changed to room 212A whose light was bright white (thank God, I always hate Hotels with warm light). Then the position of the cabinet in this room is very disturbing (because stay in the room for 3 people, when you want to go out the area near the door so very narrow) Breakfast also only has white rice, fried rice, omelette and bread with jam. But that's okay because it tastes delicious and the service is very friendly. TIPS me for those who stay in Hiltra, if you want to go for a ride on Sitor, don't use the sitor that stands by in front of the hotel because the price can be shot. ) I was shot 20,000 yesterday and the driver was very fierce (damaging the image of the friendly Toraja people). So it's better to walk out of the alley.
