So far, the service has been good. Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there was a stain right in the middle of the sheet. The swimming pool facilities are lacking. There's no on-site attendant, so asking for towels takes a long time. The changing room toilets are clogged, causing flooding. There are no rules at the pool, so guests eat by the pool and wash their hands afterward. Next, the comfort of other guests needs to be considered by placing attendants at the swimming pool and enforcing strict rules for everyone's safety.

Beautiful and clean location, close to the city, good service and complete facilities, even though it is on a hilltop, a little challenge is the road into the hotel area is very steep, this could perhaps be improved so that the comfort of vehicles entering and leaving the hotel is better.

Kids stay and eat free... I really like that slogan. It's a family-friendly hotel. The rooms and facilities are clean. The breakfast menu is varied. The view from the balcony is amazing... and they've kept the kapok trees... I always want to come back to this hotel again and again.

I had a very satisfying stay here. The hotel service was good, and the facilities were very complete. The room was quite spacious and comfortable for a standard size. However, the breakfast was less varied than other hotels in its class. But it was okay, as children under 12 years old still get free breakfast. The swimming pool is spacious and has a beautiful view. It's just a bit dirty because it's very crowded on weekends. But please keep the water clean. I was a bit worried about swimming. They could also provide more shade with trees or more tents, as it's very hot. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.
