Toiletries such as towels are lacking, we both only provided 1 towel, after requesting additional only a small towel, with the reason there was no towel, the shower was broken, so it had to take a shower in the bucket, the air conditioner was less cold, and the lights were dead 6 times

Pelayanaan is still asking for additional bookings that we already have on the basis of their system errors so that the available roar has not been updated.
