Facilities according to price. Before staying here, prepare your own toiletries, towels and slippers. For food can be accessed via gofood. The atmosphere is still calm, clean air, clean rooms, there is AC, no TV and wifi. Transportation can be accessed using gojek motorbike/grab motorbike. Only small cars can pass, because the road is narrow. The owner of the house is very friendly and welcoming. Clean and abundant water. plates, spoons and forks are provided near the sink. The best thing is that the price is very affordable

there is a price for comfort. the mattress is quite small, so if you are with children it is a bit risky to fall. there is no guard, everything is done alone from opening the fence and others. the location is in the middle of a residential area.

comfortable like home, the owner is friendly
the atmosphere is very gerr. only when it rains it is a bit difficult to find food/breakfast. because there are no stalls around if you don't look for it by motorbike. very satisfied if there are no other obstacles, I intend to stay for another 2-3 days.

The hotel room and the homestay environment are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly. The location is also strategic. Suggestions for rooms with AC, please provide a blanket, hehe, so that it is more comfortable. Next time I will book here again. It's really nice. The price is also affordable.

The toilet is dirty. The small room was very hot even though the fan was on because there was no ventilation for the air to come out. At least make a window so it's not stuffy. At night it's a bit scary 🤣.

Yang punya nya ramah banget, tempat homey kamar nyaman dan banyak tempat-tempat bisa duduk di luar, di sediain juga air minum galon. Minusnya cuma kamar mandi kotor dan closet ada yang mampet 1 untungnya yang 1 lagi engga.

Ibunya ramah aku kesini dari Jakarta ke Jogjakarta nginap sehari sebelum ke Semarang, penginapannya juga murah cuma ± Rp. 70.000/night, lokasinya emang masuk ke gang tapi dekat sama Malioboro sekitar 6,2 kilometer, untuk fasilitasnya ada dua kamar mandi sama ada tempat untuk masak 👍🏼.

The accommodation is cheap but worth it even if you order outside and non-AC, there is always someone cleaning, the lady who looks after the pool is also good, the parking is spacious and the location is safe, drinking water dispensers, stoves and cooking utensils are provided. Next time you go to Jogja, you will definitely come here.

Standard room according to price, minus the dirty toilet, lots of trash, the floor is dirty, don't ask about the yellow color of the toilet. The location is a little difficult to reach using 4 wheels but the atmosphere is calm, comfortable

Very comfortable staying one night here. The location is quiet, but quite beautiful. The owner's mother is very friendly. Incidentally, because I was the only guest and alone, I was allowed to stay in the twin room at the front, even though I booked for a single room. Thank You.
