Sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga, di type bungalow ada 2 kamar, 2 bed dan 2 kamar mandi dan 1 bathtub, dapat sarapan untuk 4 orang juga, anak-anak senang sekali bisa berenang di kolam dan bermain pasir di pantai, view nya keren.

Viewnya bagus, sayang restonya di ruang terbuka jadi buanyak lalat banget yang hinggap di makanan. Saran, mending restonya dibikin di ruang tertutup dengan kaca bening jadi tetap bisa nikmatin view di luar dan tetap higienis makanannya. Poolnya kotor, nunggu petugas bersihkan kolam tapi ga datang-datang. TV di kamar ga ada siaran, wifi ga nyampai kamar. Recommended kalau semua keluhan di atas bisa segera diatasin.

The best view makes relax & calm. The food is varied & delicious, the resort crew is friendly. What is very unfortunate looks like there is no maintenance of the existing buildings, facilities and parks and cleanliness that is not maintained. The TV in each room also cannot broadcast. I've been asked, he said it's been like that for a month in all rooms and also telephone access can't be connected so it has to go pretty well if there are problems / have something to ask. Hopefully each review can be seen and corrected by Mayo👍🏻

Sangat kurang memuaskan pelayanannya 🥲. 1. WC bau busuk (bau kotoran), udah disiram tapi sama aja tetap bau seruangan. 2. TV tidak ada channel. 3. Menginap 3 hari 2 malam, tapi dikasih kupon makan cuma sehari, dan itupun makanan diantar. Sayang sih tempatnya bagus tapi masih minus banyak, semoga bisa diperbaiki ke depannya 🙏.

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, hanya saja di kamar mandi tidak ada air panas hanya air dingin jadi kasihan anak-anakku selesai berenang tidak disepul lagi karena airnya dingin, saran aja mungkin water heater nya bisa dibikin supaya ada air panasnya 🙏🏽.

I stayed in room 206. The room smelled a bit musty and dirty (lots of duct tape on the wall/roof and the door/window outside the room/terrace was very dusty), there was no hot water even when using the shower the water flow was sometimes big sometimes small. The electric kettle didn't look like it was washed, it still had traces of water left in it. It's a shame even though the view is good and managed by the Horison Group.

The room is ready past the check-in time at 14.00, Room 101 the AC is not cold enough. The main door cannot be locked, I have asked to be repaired but there is no repair which results in sleeping being anxious because the door cannot be locked. There are lots of mosquitoes in the 2nd floor rooms.

Staf ramah. Tapi ada sedikit yang perlu diperhatikan seperti sprei yang agak kotor, kamar tidur yang aromanya kurang enak, banyak nyamuk, begitu juga dengan kamar mandi, dan TV yang tidak bisa digunakan. Untuk breakfast pilihannya banyak dan makanannya enak. Untuk viewnya juara sih, asri dan sejuk, bikin betah.

Hotelnya nyaman banget tapi sayang kolam renangnya kotor berlumut jadi kita yang dateng gak bisa renang di sana. Padahal harganya termasuk mahal. Kamarnya juga kurang bersih ya, berdebu. Syukurnya ada arena bermain jadi anak-anak bisa main di sana. Karena gak bisa renang. Terus pas malam ada tamu yang karoke keras banget sampai jam-jam dini hari mengganggu kami yang menginap dan kita gak bisa tidur.

When I checked in, my heart broke. It should have been 2 o'clock before being able to enter the room at 3.30. It took 1.5 hours to get into the room, because the previous occupants had not been contacted to get out of the room. And the room hasn't been cleaned yet. The hotel doesn't have a spare key so you can't enter the room to clean the room. Very dirty pool. Even though overall if it can be managed properly. It's okay enough to live here.

For location, room size, and facilities such as fields and playgrounds are good. But unfortunately, when I entered the first check-in, the condition of the living room was still very dirty, the carpet was not vacuumed. The floor is sticky and greasy and when it's swept there's a lot of dirt. Since the waves are quite strong and cannot be enjoyed, the choice is with the swimming pool provided. But unfortunately the water is not clean and the pool is mossy. You need to pay attention to the variety of food.
