I'm not satisfied, booking an order via the 230,000 application, paying at the hotel when I check in, uh, it turns out that the rate at the hotel is 200,000, I asked the hotel to cancel the order via Traveloka, they said it couldn't, then when I confirmed with Traveloka, the hotel's cancellation policy was before March 14th, even though I ordered it on March 16th, isn't that ridiculous?

Bersih. Resepsionis ramah. Terjangkau dekat pusat kota. Cuma sayangnya req kamar yang ad jendela. Dikasih yang ga ad jendela. Trus dalam kamar nya tidak ada cermin. Cuma di dalam kamar mandi. Kalau bisa di kamar di kasihh cermin. Karena susah kalo cerminnya cuma 1 di kamar mandi.

Strategic location on the Muntok-Pangkalpinang highway. The room is also clean and quite spacious. It is only recommended to bring personal toiletries, because they are not provided at the hotel. .

By the way, the warm water is there. Turns out there isn't. I catch a cold, I don't take a hot shower. The soap is mixed with water. The blast didn't come out and the soap button was broken.

Proses cek in di jam 10 malam dilayani dengan cepat oleh staff, lobby dan lorong kamar bau asap rokok lumayan pekat padahal ac sudah bagus dingin banget hal tersebut jd ngaruh ke kamar bau asap rokok juga, kebersihan di kamar kurang bersih, lampu kamar juga terlalu redup, tapi Segala kekurangan termaklumi dengan harga yg murmer, tp tidak ada salahnya kalau diperbaiki, makasih hotel aksi 2 utk service-nya

The heating kettle and glass in km were not checked / cleaned, there was still water left over from previous hotel guests and hot water in the room also did not work (we ordered) (Two rooms all not functioning) have been reported to the service room but there was no attempt to repair.
