My first time at this new Puncak hotel, I feel like coming back! It feels like home. Check-in was easy and fast, and I was taken straight to my room. The staff was very friendly, and they even brought my helmet to my room. Free food and a keychain were available at the front desk. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced.

The access road to the hotel is small, barely enough for two cars. The sofa in front of the TV (foam and covered with something like cloth) smells a bit damp and unpleasant, perhaps some previous guests had been soaking in the jacuzzi sitting there. I suggest replacing the foam sofa with plastic/wooden chairs like those at swimming pools or beaches so they can dry easily.
