The access road to the hotel is small, barely enough for two cars. The sofa in front of the TV (foam and covered with something like cloth) smells a bit damp and unpleasant, perhaps some previous guests had been soaking in the jacuzzi sitting there. I suggest replacing the foam sofa with plastic/wooden chairs like those at swimming pools or beaches so they can dry easily.

I love traveling & this is one of the worth it accommodations in Puncak, suitable for couples or families, one of the cool points is that all vehicles staying at this hotel during the night hours are steamed by the staff without any additional charge 👍🏻

The staff were incredibly friendly, the restaurant service was quick and delivered to your room, the hotel room was comfortable, clean, and fragrant, and my motorbike was thoroughly washed upon my return. I'll definitely be checking in again next time I visit Puncak. Overall, I recommend this hotel for families and couples.

Everything was great: friendly staff, car wash, comfortable room, hot water, free French fries without a welcome drink. Try the ginger milk, it's delicious. The Indomie soup with egg is also delicious. You get a free key chain. The downsides are the lack of power outlets for phone chargers and the lack of clothes hangers in the room.
