The air conditioner often turns off, the room is dirty with a lot, the bathroom can't be closed, the sink is leaking 😁

The wifi could not be connected from the 2nd floor room, the bathroom condition was not clean, and the bathroom door hinges were absent so it could not be closed from outside the bathroom. Sleep lights are also broken wires so they cannot be used.

For those who want to stay in Tuban, don't go to the Amerta hotel where it's "scary". The rooms are not clean, the bathrooms are dirty (really dirty), the amenities (ac, tv, water faucets) are all damaged, the service is perfunctory (already know broken-facilities are still loved to guests). I regret staying there.

Dirty room, mattress-pillow atos-key broken, AC could not be regulated. TV remote can't. loose electric jack. the water tap is leaking. The point is the hotel is lacking maintenance. Please note.
