This is my first time staying at this hotel. It's a family-friendly, quiet hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable, with the deluxe twin room being the preferred choice. The breakfast menu is also varied. There's a water park for the kids. Besides two bottles of mineral water provided in the room, there's a water dispenser in the gang for refilling. Hopefully, I'll stay at this hotel again next time I visit Batu.

Quite satisfying, spacious parking, I managed to borrow a bowl from the receptionist because I bought meatballs from outside, and they kindly lent it to me. The plus point for me is that the drinking water in the room and the gallon water dispenser outside the room all use genuine Cleo water, not refills. 👍 There are lots of play areas for children's activities, bringing your children is guaranteed to be fun. I got the cheapest price only on Traveloka.

Everything is OK but may I give some input, In the middle of the night someone called my room twice and when I picked it up, it was hung up (very annoying), There are lots of kids who are noisy until midnight, it is very disturbing to comfort, please have officers patrol and check, please reprimand those who are noisy, thank you

Before checking in, I saw reviews that this hotel is famous for its waterpark and playground. Okay, finally I booked and checked in. When I checked in, it was explained that the free playground was only in front of the breakfast area, the one inside the shop was paid 50k.. automatically what I saw all the reviews clearly it was free! I even asked the person who reviewed it…. Even if the policy changes very quickly, the reviewer said it was just yesterday… the wifi is very bad, using a data network is also difficult to get a signal. Booked through Traveloka, the superior room was directed to the 1st floor, there were no superior rooms on the upper floors, only through WhatsApp, the superior room on the upper floor was available. The bathroom had cockroaches, it was really dirty, sis, a class like Hotel Wonderland, whose staff was friendly. Breakfast had quite a variety of flavors, not a very good one. But again, the waterpark is the best, it's fun for kids
