The distance between the hotel and the city center is very close and across the street there is already Blambangan Park. The distance to Boom Beach is also walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful to guests, especially when we visited with small children. The hotel environment is also quite clean. The pizza in the restaurant is highly recommended. Please try it.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a delicious welcome drink upon check-in. We were also allowed to ask for snacks (small cakes) after the breakfast duration was over. We were also allowed to ask for a large white plastic bag to pack dirty clothes so that they could be arranged neatly in the suitcase.

Our overnight stay here was exceptional, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only downside is that rooms upstairs and in the back corner near Gacoan are subject to the noise of the Gacoan staff, who change shifts between 12 and 1 a.m. They're incredibly loud. However, the hotel provided excellent service, allowing us to move rooms the next day since we were staying for two nights. It's definitely worth returning.

Overall, it was okay. However, I was quite disappointed with the staff upon checkout on August 17th at 6 AM. The check-out process was slow due to a problem with the number of slippers. The front desk staff insisted that they had provided three slippers because we added an extra bed, but upon check-out, they said there were only two slippers in the room. Finally, we had to check for ourselves and returned to the room, only to find out that there were three slippers. Please check more carefully, as the check-out process took a long time while we were trying to catch the train.

The hotel is very comfortable. It's located in the heart of Banyuwangi, strategically located from everywhere. There's a swimming pool that I didn't have time to photograph. It feels homey, and the restaurant is spacious, but the food isn't very varied. But it's still okay. The rooms are also nice and comfortable. The hotel also has cute cats.

This location is really great, right in front of the town square. The room is right in front of the swimming pool. The room is okay, but when you step on the bathroom sink, the paint is peeling off. My boyfriend on the first day didn't like the food, the Jaya Nugget nuggets by the kilo. I asked for an omelet for one room, but they only gave me two. It's sad. Even though I usually eat at other hotels, I have a minimum of two.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the hotel is just a short walk from Blambangan Park. It's close to Mie Gacoan. The rooms are clean. The pizza is delicious.
