Perfect budget hotel to stay in the middle of Yogya. Located not really far from Malioboro street nor Kaliurang street. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food is good.

A plus for this hotel is because they near with center of city and Yogyakarta Tugu Station with friendly rate per-night. The room quiet clean and their breakfast menu are good enough though not much variation. The staffs are very humble and helps me briefly.

Nice location actually, building also not to old, but this hotel need maintenance, many broken equipment ie aircon and shower head, lack of staff also.
