The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant, plus the rooftop terrace is available every night on the 6th floor. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. The location is very strategic. It's centrally located, and there are many restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby. Since booking, I'd requested early check-in (1:00 PM). But when I arrived, they told me they weren't aware of such a request. That's okay. I could wait. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, there was still some trash that seemed to have been removed. Also, around 6:30 AM, I suddenly had a false alarm that sounded very loud for almost a minute. Other than that, this place is still a pretty good choice (especially for me, who mostly uses the room for resting at night—the rest of the time I'm out exploring Bandung).
